Customer Satisfaction
We have carefully crafted our course access and completion process to be as effortless as possible, and we have taken steps to ensure you know what you are getting before you make a purchase. However, sometimes the expectations of two people don’t align, and you may find yourself feeling you didn’t get what you signed up for.
If your purchase does not meet your needs or expectations, please let us know right away.
We will work to resolve any technical or satisfaction issue you may have. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will refund your purchase in full. Exceptions provided below.
Funds will be returned to the card you completed the purchase with, and the return may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Unused Courses
You may return an unused course within 90 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund. An unused course is defined as a course without a completed exam.
A course with a completed exam is not eligible for refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot issue refunds for the following situations:
- The course exam has been completed.
- Expired courses (1-year access) with an uncompleted exam. If you have lost access to an uncompleted course, please contact us. While we cannot refund this purchase, in most situations, we can restore access so you can complete your course without needing to repurchase.
- Failure to receive or pursue licensing or license renewal after completing the course exam. This includes license denials.
- Failure to receive continuing education credit from any Board or regulatory agency other than those explicitly listed on our approvals page.
Right to Issue Refund
We reserve the right to initiate a refund of your purchase and close your account, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
